Quench Citrus Body Butter is Sunshine in a Jar. It's designed to both hydrate dried-out winter skin, and to bring you some joy in the heart of winter. This is a whipped body butter made out of shea, mango oil, sea buckthorn oil and other natural, simple ingredients. It is very hydrating and has an uplifting, citrus aroma and is a sunny color.
 
I created this body butter to counteract some of the seasonal blues that hit late January and February for so many of us during the dark of winter. It has Bergamot and special Orange Essence made from the juice of fresh oranges to uplift your senses. It makes me feel hydrated, uplifted and tucked in and my skin stays super soft all day long.
 
The shea butter and mango seed butter help your skin be plump and hydrated and the Sea Buckthorn oil give your skin a huge dose of Vitamin C and help with aging and dryness. Did you know sea buckthorn has 12x more vitamin C than an orange? With over 200 nutrients, these little berries can do wonders for your skin! 
 
My body butter harnesses the power of sea buckthorn to promote skin elasticity and regeneration, reducing fine lines, sun spots and aging. It also features Cucumber Seed Oil that's full of antioxidants and feels refreshing to your skin. 
 
This container will last you a long time as you don't need much, a little goes a longggg way! I recommend you use it after the bath or shower to lock in moisture or before bed. And the scent is delicious!
 
This is whipped 4 times to make it extra fluffy, but when I pack it down in containers, although it does still hold air in it, it is a heavier consistency because of the richness of the ingredients. Just swipe your fingers across the top and rub your hands together and apply.
 
The Sea Buckthorn Oil also gives you a temporary sunny glow. You will see some of the color as you rub it in, like you have sun-kissed skin but that effect fades quickly as it sinks in.
 
As it's all natural, if it gets too hot, it may melt and if it gets too cold, you may see some of the grains from shea appear, but they will melt as you rub it in.

*Shea butter can sometimes get a bit grainy when it gets cold, but it will warm up in your hands and get smooth again. In body butters, if exposed to extreme temperatures, the consistency can change but the ingredients will still be viable to use.
